Parking
Disability parking is available in numerous locations throughout the center of campus. Spaces are concentrated in parking lots closest to campus buildings and are designated by pavement stencils of the international access symbol.
All drivers bringing vehicles to campus must properly register their vehicles with Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS). General campus parking regulations and restrictions apply to all vehicles regardless of drivers' or passengers' disability status.
First-year parking accommodations
Students who have a disability-related need to have a car on campus during their first year may choose to register with the SSD office and request an accommodation to the first-year parking policy. Students who want to request first-year parking exceptions should contact SSD and ask for the required forms.
On-campus transportation
All OCC Transport vehicles are equipped with wheelchair lifts and drivers are trained in the safe operation of the equipment. OCC Transport offers an auxiliary lift service for passengers authorized by SSD who have disability-related needs that cannot be met by OCC Transport. Contact SSD for more information.
