• Cancellations, Withdrawals, & Refunds – We make processes simple and transparent, helping students understand their options, know what to expect, and receive refunds quickly and securely.
• Third-Party & Sponsored Billing – We partner with employers, government agencies, tuition plans, and external sponsors to simplify tuition payments, ensure accurate billing, and safeguard financial commitments, so students can focus on learning.
• Compliance – We provide required IRS reporting and tax-related resources to help students, families, and international scholars meet federal requirements. While we cannot offer tax advice, we guide you to the right forms, information, and resources you need.
• Collections & Past Due Balances – We work with students and families to resolve outstanding balances in a fair and timely manner. Our approach emphasizes communication, accountability, and support to help students meet their obligations while minimizing financial stress.
