Rotary Park Cities Parade
Thursday, July 4
9 a.m.Join the Mustang Band and Peruna at the annual Park Cities Fourth of July Parade hosted by the Park Cities Rotary. Honored guests on the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ float include Bill Vanderstraaten, former Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Alumni Board Chair, and Leslie Melson, current Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Alumni Board chair.
The parade begins at 9 a.m. on Euclid Avenue and winds from Highland Park Town Hall to the University Park City Hall. Make sure to get a picture with Peruna and a tricorner hat at the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ booth and enjoy many other family activities at Goar Park following the parade.
Exchange Club of Lake Highlands Parade
Thursday, July 4
9 a.m.Join Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Military Vets, Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ student athletes and Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Cheer for family fun at the annual 4th of July Parade hosted by the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands.
The parade begins at 9 a.m. in front of North Highlands Bible Church, 9626 Church Road (near Lake Highlands High School tennis courts) and travels to the Lake Highlands North Recreation Center. A fun carnival immediately follows the parade. Find the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ booth to get photos with Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ cheer and enjoy the food, performers, games and entertainment for all ages until noon.
