Black History Month Logo 2011 at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµBlack History Month, celebrated annuallyÌýin the U.S., seeks to educate the American people about African-Americans' cultural backgrounds and achievements. Each year, to call attention to the importance of the observance. Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµÌýcelebratesÌýthe monthÌýwith a variety of events, which are free and open to the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ community.
