HCA - Helping Celebrate Abilities is a non-profit organization serving the developmentally disabled community for over 75 years. Programs and services include: Building Blocks Preschool programs located at 3 diffierent sites, integrating special needs children with general education children as well as UPK students; diagnostic and treatment in the areas of physical, occupational, speech therapy and counseling services; at home, hourly and afterschool respite programs; community hab, day hab, supported employment and self-directed services; 15 group homes including a Respite home. HCA is a United Way Partner Agency and an affiliate of the NYS Cerebral Pasly Association.
